Can I mix different designs in one container?
Yes. Mixed containers are the normal way to place a first or trial order, and we encourage them. You can combine different flower styles, colours, plant categories and seasonal items in one shipment as long as each design meets its own minimum order quantity.
Two practical points help us quote accurately. First, tell us the item numbers and the quantity for each one, so we can calculate carton volume before confirming the container type. Second, keep pot-heavy items and light sprays in proportion — pots take up volume, so a container filled mostly with large potted plants will reach its volume limit before the piece count looks high.
Mixed orders usually ship as LCL or as a mixed full container. Our export team can suggest a loading plan and advise whether a 20ft or 40ft container fits your list better.

Do you offer custom packaging or private label?
Yes. We produce both custom packaging and private label programmes for buyers who sell under their own brand.
Custom packaging can range from a printed colour box or mail-order carton with your logo, to shelf-ready display trays and barcoded labels for chain stores. Private label work normally covers the label, hang tag, instruction leaflet and carton printing, so the product arrives ready for your sales channel.
Two things affect feasibility. Packaging changes both the unit cost and the carton dimensions, so it should be confirmed before freight is quoted. And artwork, barcode numbers and label wording need to be supplied by you in a production-ready format. Tell us your sales channel and we will propose a packaging level that fits it.

Can you provide test reports and certificates?
Yes. For markets with specific compliance requirements we can arrange test reports on requested items before shipment, and we support the verification steps professional importers need.
Typical requests include material safety documentation, heavy metal and phthalate testing, and reports from recognised third-party laboratories such as SGS, Bureau Veritas or TUV. Because the applicable standard depends on the destination market, tell us the country and the requirement during the inquiry stage rather than at loading — some tests add time to the production schedule.
We also accept third-party inspection before shipment against an approved sample, and can provide inspection reports and production photos during the order. Our factory page describes how production and inspection are organised.

How do you keep quality consistent across repeat orders?
Consistency is controlled by documentation rather than memory. When a sample is approved, we record the item reference, colour, height, material, pot and packaging in the production file, and keep the approved sample on site as the physical standard for that item.
Every repeat order is produced against that record. Before loading, the goods are checked against the approved sample, and we can send current production photos on request so you can compare them with your own reference unit before shipment.
This is also why we advise buyers to keep one unit from each order. Comparing a new shipment against the previous season's stock is the quickest way to catch the slow drift in colour and proportion that otherwise appears across several years. See our wholesale FAQ for related questions on samples and MOQ.

Which markets do you export to?
We export artificial flowers, plants, trees and seasonal items to importers, wholesalers, chain stores, garden centres, e-commerce sellers and project decorators in Europe, North America, South America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and other regions.
Because requirements differ by market, tell us the destination country at the inquiry stage and we will flag anything that affects the quotation — packaging format, labelling, barcode requirements, compliance testing and the port of discharge all change between regions.
Goods depart from major Chinese ports near our factory in Zhejiang, with frequent sailings to the main ports worldwide. We quote on EXW, FOB and CIF terms so you can compare landed cost on a like-for-like basis.

How do you handle quality issues after delivery?
We would rather prevent a problem than argue about one, which is why inspection before shipment is part of our standard process and we accept third-party inspection on request.
If an issue does appear after delivery, the fastest route to a resolution is a clear record: photographs of the affected cartons and units, the item number, the quantity involved, and the shipping mark. Send these to your contact person and we will investigate against the approved sample and the inspection record for that order.
Depending on the finding, the outcome may be a replacement in a following shipment, a credit note, or an agreed adjustment on the next order. Keeping one approved sample on file at both ends makes this process much faster for both sides.
