Construction is based on synthetic fibres tufted into a flexible backing mat. Components are made with our own moulds and assembled on the flower setting line, which keeps the finished item aligned with the approved sample. Colour is applied to resist fading under normal indoor conditions, and the finish at edges and joins is checked in the final inspection before packing.

Sizing and Display

At approximately 50 cm, the proportions are practical for commercial display. In practice the item is used in event floors, retail displays, balconies and landscape projects, where it replaces a fresh equivalent that would need weekly replacement. Arrangement is quick — stems and components can be positioned by hand, so a display can be re-set between seasons without specialist labour.
