Expos are not only about looking at products: they are where range plans, price points and season calendars get settled. We use them to compare notes with buyers on what sold, what returned and what to drop, then to fix the next season's assortment and production slots.
Which references to repeat unchanged, which to recolor or re-size, what packaging or labelling changes your market needs this year, and how to phase deliveries so a peak-season container is not stuck in production. Production lead time is typically 25–40 days after deposit, and seasonal programmes should be booked 2–3 months ahead.
After the expo we send the specification, images and quotation for the items discussed. Send your range plan or browse the catalog to prepare your list.

Buyers who visit us usually combine two hours in the showroom with a walk through the workshops: petal punching, injection moulding, stem forming, flower setting, assembly, potting, inspection and the loading bay. Seeing the line that will run your order is the quickest way to judge whether capacity and quality control are real.
Equipment in operation, work-in-progress for your category, inspection stations and records, material storage, packing practice and how cartons are stacked before loading. Ask to see a reference similar to yours being produced, not only finished samples.
Our factory is in Zhejiang, China; tell us your dates and product focus in advance and we will prepare samples and the relevant line schedule. If travel is not convenient, we can run the same tour as a live video walkthrough. Book your factory tour.

Sampling is how a range decision gets made. At the show you can handle the items themselves — check petal punching quality, bend a stem, lift a planter, compare two colourways side by side — and take the samples you need back to your buying team.
Standard samples are usually available from stock; custom references — your own colourway, pot, hangtag or private-label box — are made after the design is confirmed. Sample cost and courier are handled per project, and sample lead time depends on how much tooling is involved.
Once a sample is approved we keep a signed golden sample on file, so the bulk order is checked against exactly what you approved. Request samples or see sample and MOQ details.

Most of our export business starts with a face-to-face meeting: you bring your range plan and target retail price, we bring samples, cost structure and the packing options that fit your channel. The meeting is usually shorter than an email exchange and far more specific.
Your target market, estimated quantity per reference, retail price point, packaging and labelling requirements, and — if you have them — photos or samples of the design you want to match. With those five items we can usually quote on the spot or within a day.
If you are not travelling, a video meeting works nearly as well: we walk the showroom with a camera, show the line that will run your order and courier samples afterwards. Book a meeting or video call.

At trade shows we build the stand around real buying situations — a shelf display for supermarket buyers, a bucket display for florists and wholesalers, a planter group for interior and hotel projects, and single stems for e-commerce listings. This makes it easier to see which part of the range fits your channel.
Minimum order quantity per design, whether several designs can share one container, sample lead time and cost, private-label and packaging scope, and which compliance documents we can provide for your market. Our standard MOQ is 1,000 pieces per design and colourway.
We send the specification and images for the items you selected and keep your enquiry open until your range decision is made. Send us your show shortlist or read our wholesale FAQ.

A booth display is the fastest way to judge how a range will look on a shop floor: heads at eye level, colourways grouped, planters and trees scaled against each other. Our booths are built around the season's new references plus the items that reorder most often, so you see both what is new and what is proven.
Shortlist items on the spot, compare fabric and PE quality between references, check pot stability and carton size, and discuss private-label options such as branded pots, hangtags and barcode labelling. Photos and specification sheets can be sent after the fair for the items you picked.
Send your shortlist and destination and we will return a quote with packing, labelling and lead time written in. See our product range to prepare, or book a meeting.

The Canton Fair is where many of our long-term buyers first saw our range in person. Our stand shows the season's artificial flowers, orchids, potted plants, trees, succulents, grass lawn and Christmas items together, so you can compare materials and colourways across categories in one visit rather than across a catalogue.
Send us your shortlist before the fair — item references, target quantities and your market — and we will have samples, price ranges and packing options ready on the stand. Buyers who prepare this way normally leave with a quote instead of a follow-up email chain.
We announce our booth number and new product highlights to customers on our mailing list before each fair season. Join the list, or tell us which fair you plan to attend and we will arrange a meeting with your team.
