We accept inspection by independent agencies including SGS, Bureau Veritas and TUV, or by any inspector your company appoints. Inspection can be booked at the pre-shipment stage or during production, and it covers quantity, workmanship, colour, packing and labelling against the approved sample and your specification.
You or your agency nominates the date and the standard; we prepare the cartons, provide the packing list and the golden sample, and rework or replace anything that falls outside the agreed criteria. Inspection reports, production photos and packing details can be shared during production so you always know the status of your order.
Third-party inspection is normally booked and paid by the buyer, which keeps the result independent. Our role is to give the inspector full access and to correct any non-conformance found. Tell us your inspection standard when you request a quote.

Professional importers usually verify a supplier before the first container. Our factory in Zhejiang can be audited by your own team, by your appointed agency, or through the social compliance programme your group already uses; the resulting report is yours to keep.
Production capacity and equipment, the quality management system and inspection records, material storage, packing and loading practice, and social compliance such as working hours and health and safety. We provide the documents and access needed for each section.
A live video walkthrough of the workshops, showroom and warehouse can be arranged, and we can share production photos, packing details and inspection records while your order runs. Book an audit or a video tour, or see how our factory works.

Our artificial flowers, plants and trees are produced from polyester fabric, PE, PVC and plastic components. For markets with defined chemical or safety requirements, test reports on the requested items can be arranged before mass production, so your compliance file is complete before goods ship rather than after.
Compliance requirements differ by destination and by retail group: some buyers need documentation for the EU market, others need specific labelling or warning text, and marketplace sellers often need manufacturer information recorded on the listing. Send us your market and your buyer's requirement list and we will confirm what can be provided.
Testing is arranged per item and per destination, so coverage depends on what your programme needs. We will state clearly what a given report covers and what it does not, rather than presenting one document as a blanket approval. Request testing for your items.

Before a bulk order is released, the finished lot is inspected against the approved sample: colour fastness, stem strength, glue points, pot stability, carton packing and quantity. The inspection result is recorded, and the signed golden sample stays on file so the next season's order can be compared against the same reference.
Our standard process covers incoming material checks, on-line inspection during flower setting and assembly, and a final random inspection before packing. This is the system described on our factory page, and it is the same one applied to OEM and private-label orders.
Buyers may also appoint their own inspector — SGS, Bureau Veritas, TUV or another agency — and we will cooperate with the booking, provide the cartons and rework any items that fall outside the agreed standard. Arrange an inspection before your shipment.

Where a buyer's programme requires responsibly sourced paper-based packaging, cartons and printed material, our FSC chain of custody documentation supports that claim through the supply chain. It is the certificate retail buyers most often ask for when packaging has to meet a chain-wide sourcing policy.
The certificate concerns paper and board-based packaging — export cartons, printed inserts, hangtags and mail-order boxes. Artificial flower heads, foliage and plastic pots are manufactured from polyester, PE and plastic materials and are covered by material compliance testing instead.
Send us your packaging specification and we will confirm which elements can be supplied under the FSC claim, and provide the document your compliance team needs to record. Original files are provided with the quotation rather than reproduced here. Request the FSC document.

Our factory is audited against BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) requirements, which cover working hours, health and safety, fair remuneration and the absence of child or forced labour. Many European retail groups require a valid BSCI result before they will list a supplier, so the audit is part of how we stay order-ready for chain-store buyers.
Compliance teams typically ask for the audit result, the validity period and the scope of the audited site. We provide the current document with our quotation so your team can review it before approval, and we can support customer-specific follow-up where a buyer's own code of conduct goes further.
Document numbers, issue dates and validity are printed on the certificate itself. Rather than restating them here, we supply the original PDF and, if required, arrange a fresh audit or a buyer-nominated inspection. Request the current BSCI document or read our compliance FAQ.
